Hello all, I'm wanting to upgrade some things on my Tikka M695 7 mag Rifle.. I'm finding that parts are mostly discontinued for this model... But i'm looking for a metal bottom trigger guard floor plate the factory one is plastic and i'd like somthing more durable.... I've seen some for the T3 bot nothing for the M695?? Sure wish there was more parts readily available for these... Love the gun but wanting some upgrades on it....

CDI precision makes one for the 595 but not the 695 ...I just talked to them last week about this very thing...If there was enough interest and demand I'll bet they would make it...I'm in for at least one if they do....other than that I don't of any other options...maybe show your interest to them also.....
Probably good enough for hunting ...but for people wanting to do a build and wanting magazine options it's a non starter....I've owned a few...I'll bet not alot of plastic footplates around here......and yes I own a Glock......
I've hunted with this rifle for many years so far and have had no problems at all but I'm wanting to put a aftermarket barrel on it and I don't want to dump some money in it unless it's built tough I guess is what I'm trying to get to... love the gun and super smooth action but wanting to build on it... Talked with CDI Precision about the metal floor plate for the Tikka 695 model. They do custom orders for the 595 model because they are more popular than the 695.. They do not make any metal floor plates for the Tikka 695 model... They said they only sell 1-2 floor plates for the 595 as well... Don't plan on anything for the 695 model in a metal floor plate...
Told me same thing....Not quite understanding looking at the other actions they do.....Been trying to get a Sako 75 111 bottom metal forever... same story......
