Tikka T3X in a XLR magnesium chassis - front action bolt washer?

Hi guys

Need some help here, I am about to put my Tikka into a XLR Magnesium chassis, the instruction mentioned a front action bolt washer, but there’s nothing look like a washer in what I have in the plastic bag.
Am I missing something here? Is it liken some special washer or any washer will do?
Where does the washer go?

It would go on that front bolt against the head to limit the travel into/through the receiver which may protrude through and into the bolt head. You can always trim off a tad of the bolt threads if it did.

You can call XLR and they will send you a washer, their customer service is great.

XLR replied saying Tikka action doesn’t need a washer, I am GTG with the screws and recoil lug shown in the pic.
