This is the breach face on my 1022.
The barrel is a no name gunshow purchase from a couple years ago.
Rough guess 1500-2000 rounds.
I put a couple hundred rounds through it this weekend and it was acting up so I disassembled it completely for cleaning.
At first I assumed it was lead buildup, and soaked it to make scraping easier. Bore and chamber are perfect.
Imagine my shock when it's not lead, but fire cutting. WTF? It's a steel barrel.
I guess it's time for a new barrel...

After you cleaned it up, how is it shooting? If it's shooting well I wouldn't worry about how it looks.

If you are not happy with the performance of the barrel then replace it. Personally I'd go for a Feddersen barrel if I was going to swap it out. I'm happy with the several bull barrels I currently own and more importantly, it's the only 10/22 barrel manufacturer that I know of that has a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee (minus cost of shipping).

I agree with these guys they gave you really good advice you might be able to find somebody 8 to True up the bolt face but I don't believe it will hurt your Barrel at all it may improve your accuracy by truing the bolt but if it shooting well enough for your uses I would not worry about it either
