I’m having an issue with the “bolt stop” not catching the bolt. I tried to download the pdf that Timney has on the website but that’s not working. The instructions on the website say to file the top of the trigger, but I am not able to visualize how this modification is going to help any. That’s why I was hoping the pdf would show something that I’m not gathering. I tried to find something on YouTube but can’t find it. Let me know if anybody has any insight or I’ll call Timney Wednesday.

Timney has some modded sears out to various beta testers which I believe were created to address this issue. As @buskin said, PM Timney on here, or call. Not sure when and if the new sears wil be available.

Subscribed. Having same issues with the DIP sear setup, I couldn’t get the pdf on timneys site to load either. Put the heaviest spring from the kit on the rifle and it helps but not 100%

The CZ455 Timney trigger requires the removal of the factory/DIP sear. If you are having issues with the DIP sear then this isn't the thread for that. If you do a search I'll bet there's plenty of info over at RFC. Good luck.

Ya I’ve been lurking around and observed some helpful info, I was thinking that the same mechanics are causing the same result, so maybe the timney solution could show a similar method to improve or at least key in on what a solution might be.
