timney trigger question

I was looking at timney triggers and I could not figure this out maybe you guys can shine some insight on it for me. When you go to order one it says the weight for which it is set, default 3 pounds. Now my question is can you adjust all there triggers to all the weights they list? or is it only what you order?

They can be adjusted throughout the listed range.
