Night Vision TNVC Customer Service!!!

I have to give a shout out to TNVC since they are a site sponsor here. I have one of their TRB battery systems for my Trijicon and over tightened the rail mount to where the mount bracket split. Called and requested the replacement part and told them I'd pay for another as it was my fault. Cannot recall who I spoke with there, but he told me no problem, it happens and he'd send me another at no charge. Wouldn't even let me pay shipping. I was expecting just the part, but when it arrived today I found they had replaced the entire unit. This is what CS is all about, thanks guys!

Those bastards lie constantly. I've ordered several things from them that were supposed to be weeks from delivery only to have them show up a LOT sooner.

I agree, Vic had the nerve to actually get me back to the same day I contacted him and Tom from NG checked back later to see if everything was ok.
With customer service like that, I wonder how their still in business ?
