I changed from a HS stock to Bell and Carlson this summer and had trouble getting it to hold groups. After trying a couple things I finely got it to shoot with stock screws torqued at 45#s. Shot great all summer but now after 600 rounds I took the stock off to give it a good cleaning last night and today after 34 rds it still shoots like shit. I've tried from 35-65in#s torque with no luck, and took it back off to look for pressure points, still won't shoot. Any ideas what next? I know, I should of left it alone.

Also check your base and rings. Make sure they are tight. I bedded a stock thought I did not bed it right. Groups opened up. Checked the rings. They were loose on the base.
