I had a great experience with Tract customer service. I had a turret that I could get the mils lined up on. It was off a half no matter what I did. called and spoke to Jon and he said ship it back and he'd send me a new one. Got it today. This was a demo scope from a gun show that was in the outlet for less then a new one. That didn't matter. Can't get better than that! Those guys will have my business anytime I need a scope.
