Trigger is very nearly brand new. I got it to try one of their AR triggers and it wasn't for me as I'm a big fan of Geissele's offerings. I only put 30 rounds on it.
Only marks on it are on the hammer as shown in the picture

Includes everything I got from TT new. Allen keys, stickers, patch, manual, etc.
