Sidearms & Scatterguns Trouble finding competent gunsmith in Austin Texas.

Good afternoon everyone,
A while back I purchased a steyr safe bolt tactical in 308, it needs a picatinny rail on the receiver along with barrel threading for an AAC muzzle brake. These things need to be done perfectly since I plan to put a suppressor on it eventually. Any expertise or guidance would be much appreciated.
