Hey guys I'm having a strange issue with my GAP M40A5. If it sits out in the sun for a while or after shooting anywhere from 50-100 rounds on a warm day the barrel, where it meets the end of the stock starts turning to the right. The gap gets tighter on that side. I was at a 3 day training class and the morning of the second day, before our cold bore shots, the barrel was cammed into the PWS. The action was still torx in properly. I ended up shooting my partners gun the rest of the class. Obviously the gun starts shooting wildly. I took it out the other day and it did the same thing. I tried calling GAP but there number is disconnected. At least that is the message I've been getting today. Sent an email the other day as well but no reply as of yet? Any suggestions?

My only suggestion is to contact them through email or PM George or Ken here. They will make it right. I don't have their info, but I'm sure someone will chime in with it right quick.

That's the number. Maybe the phone company is screwed up there today. Still for the life of me can't figure out why it would be doing this. What sucks is I'm going out of town today for a few weeks and would have liked to get it in the mail today.

not sure. I was going to take a straight edge to the range the next time and see what is moving. Whatever is moving it is affecting the POI drastically.
