trouble with the forum

I am not real sure what is going on but when I bring up the forums the same post keep showing up like they are new but if I click page 3 the real most recent post comes up. like in the bolt action section the most recent thread shows to be "post your 28in barrel short actions" but when I go to page 3 it will then bring up the most recent posts. I dont know if it makes sense but any help would be great.

I think I understand what you're getting at, so here goes my non-expert guess at the answer. From my own observations it seems that if you are viewing one page of threads for an extended period, when you try to navigate to another page of threads the sub-forum will automatically refresh and you will be shown the new first page with the threads that have the most recent additions at the top. I do not know why it does this or if I am even correct in my guess. Hopefully Lowlight or someone else proficient in computers will provide you the correct answer and reasoning.
