Trying to find a Volumetric Powder Dispenser

I'm trying to find a company that made a powder dispenser.
Years ago a hide member (LTRdavid) posted a review of a powder dispenser that was a set of tubes basically that slid together and filled and dispensed stick powder fairly well by volume. He had it mounted on a 550B to progressive load MOA ammo.

Does anyone remember this article or style of powder dispenser?
I tried messaging the author, but have not heard from him or seen any post from him in a long time.

I remember the article, but I cant recal the brand, I want to say it was a Redding. I found that my $20 Lee powder thrower meters better than the factory Dillon. IMO, the Harrells powder measure is one of the best available, figure out a way to rig that up on your Dillon and you would b very happy.

Yeah, my immediate thought was the Johnson Quick Measure. I've had one sitting new in the box for over 3-4 months, and haven't gotten around to actually trying it out.
