Sorry for the late notice... get your gear together and come on out! This may be our last shoot for the season.


Match will start at 10:00 a.m. cost is $30. Try to be here by 9:30 a.m. please. I'm planning a meeting.

Tom want's to have a meeting @ 9:30.
Would be nice if registration was done by 9:15, so we could just go to station one afterwards.
As this may be the last shoot for the season, it still makes sense to put hunting buddies together first.
Guy's that want to shoot together next.

Putting new guy's together is always hard, but what you get is a good spotter, and people wanting to help you get better.

Interaction is the key to learning.
Not being a bump on a log.

Corrections are what?
Where you hit, or where you need to go?

Which is easier?

Where have you learned?

Well nuts, looks like I'm out for this one. 3rd Sunday of Feb-Oct is always USPSA pistol at Rayner's for me. Let me know what gets discussed at the meeting.

Public land close.
Not here.
West Bedford is close to Dove grounds.
Minimal range for sighting.
Side opposite.
Better without garbage cans!

May be last shoot of year.
What can we say?

Flat with fallen rocks.
Rems of what you have seen.

Before setting camp.

Name a cemetary please.

His and hers outhouses, what could be better?

Public camping, woodbury.

Tunnel is comprised of multi-layer brick.

I'm in for this one - hope it is NOT the last of the year.

On a side note I have 8lbs of H414 for 150.00 and a Leupold Mark 4 3.5x10 mildot illum ret. for 900.00 if anyone is interested.

Do we need you to tell us to gitter dunn?
Going to the top of the hill would be easier if we had shooters teamed before the meeting.
Best of both worlds would be team working together, with a third as spotter.(calls are allowed, if needed.)
Same five min time frame for bonus.
No calls for 5 min teams.

Man guys I cant make this one my gun is in pieces again got a new scope and waiting on rings and base. I hope its not the last for the season either but bow season is around the corner so I can see why. But anyways maybe sometime this fall I do have some new toys I need to try out. Good luck tomorrow!

P.S.If you know anyone who wants a NSX 8-32x56 let me know!

As the match took longer than expected, there really wasn't a meeting.
Most time was spent talking about hunting season, and playing with computers.

I thought the meeting was to be before the match began? Did you at least discuss if there were to be any more shoots this year??

No meeting before shoot.
Most wanted to bs with shooters they don't see very often.
A lot of hunting talk at stations.

Shooters,

Thank you for the support this season. I made alot of new friends as I hope you did. I really enjoy these matches and watching you guys learn. Most of you have really excelled and your scores don't always mean you haven't. TVP is a tough place to shoot and very challenging.
Glen,
You have been a riddler as well as a huge help in helping us get things done this season. I've been a little overwhelmed this season and you've helped take up the slack for me. Lots of shoots I could'nt even hold my head up, seven days a week all year... I appreciate it bro. Too all who helped keep the line safe and run a smooth match I thank you. I will keep everyone posted with the latest news here at TVP.

didn't have a clue how to get to 950.
We had a great time that day.

Mine came set light.
Flounder Checked and found it was about 5 or 6 z's.
What I have found that helps is just crawling into gun.
Conditions are always different.
Gun needs to be pointing the right way.
bag it!

12 shot each for two man team take over 6 min.

Hey Ohio guys, there's a rifle match on Oct 11 at Rayner's in case you didn't see that thread.

Tom, do you close your range for the rest of the year or can we set up a day to shoot from the benches and maybe station 1? I hate to call it quits so early in the year.
