Twist for Hornady Sub-X 190 ?

Anyone know what twist works for subsonic hornady 190 sub-x ??

I am shooting them out of a 1-7 twist Ruger ARR with no issues. They shoot decent out of a 1-8 twist 10.5" AR as well.

I run them in 1:11 24" bolt gun subsonic and they work great. 100yrds in sand.
