I have a Remington 5r with a 20 moa pic. and a new DPMA 6.5 creed AR10 with a 0 moa pic. I want to use a single NF scope with a 100 moa elevation range. I want to secure the scope to a unimount that has a 20 moa base. I have a number of options regarding how to mount the scope (I know the negatives of switching but I will probably only switch once or twice a year). 1)Switch the scope on the rifles as they are currently, giving me a 40 moa base when it is on the Remington and 20 moa on the AR10. 2) Mount a 0 moa pic on the Remington so both guns and scope combination have a 20 moa base. 3) Put a 20 moa pic. on the AR resulting in a 40 moa gun on each.
I know I'm making this complicated but I have used the scope for a number of years and want to stay with it but can not afford a second one at this time.
Any suggestions or comments on what I want to do? I am a hobby shooter only and are shooting 300 currently and will be moving to 500 shortly. Thanks for your help.

Put the scope in a standard set of rings that work on the Remington and then get a 20 MOA riser for the AR10 so you can move the scope over from the Remington. Then both will have 20 MOA and you will not have an overly high scope mount on the Remington.
