Took the Tikka TX1 out for it's first run and am so far impressed, had to fight 15-20mph tailing cross winds but it still shot better than expected. Shots were off bags resting on the tailgate of my truck. Scope was a Athlon Midas TAC 6-24

What distance? I see the distance on the targets after I blew the image up, nice shooting! How did the rifle feed, extract, and eject? How does the action feel? How is the magazine to load, remove, and install in the stock? How was the trigger over the whole course of fire? General thoughts good, bad, indifferent??

Overall very nice rifle, even though the mag is ugly it functions perfectly. I adjusted the trigger down to just over 2 lbs before I even shot it, very little bit of creep but very smooth. Bolt cleand before range trip because it felt a little grity, after 100 rounds feels better than my Cooper. Feed, extraction, and ejection all were flawless, only thing I noticed is it doesn't throw the spent brass very far. For the price range it is in it exceeds the Cooper in every way except it is missing a wonderful wood stock and the plastic thread protector is just cheep.
