Becky and the rest of the office staff have always been fantastic people to deal with. I remember when she called me back in late '08 to see how I was liking my scope that I had received from them about a month prior, that kind of customer service is why I now have a second US Optics scope and would happily purchase more when my finances allow it.
This is great news, Wes. I feel like your website is forward leaning with customizing your scopes, but the execution of the background coding needs a little work. It's not entirely intuitive, which is what you have to have for non-tech people that just want to click and return their results. I look forward to seeing the improvements, and keep making badass scopes (I've got three of them)!
One thing I note about the old site....
Every time I go on there it takes me a moment to realize how to scroll the screen right to view more scopes. The first time I was clicking the mouse, hitting my arrow buttons, basically being a dope until I saw the drag line at the bottom of the screen.
I suppose its a good eliminator - if you cant eventually run the screen you probably wont ever be able to run a scope.
How are the rheostats coming for the SR8M's?

Echo that…doesn't do well on iOS mobile devices. Scopes are awesome though and customer service (Becky) is as well.
