Newsmax is reporting that the NY State Supreme court has notified Judge Merchan that a "cousin" of a juror had posted on FB or something like it that Trump was going to be convicted, apparently, 1 day before the verdict was announced. This would mean that the juror would have had to notify their cousin, accordingly. They are saying that, potentially, it could result in an immediate Mistrial "with prejudice."

We shall see!

But, if a mistrial is declared before he's "adjudicated" guilty by the judge, can he still be called a "convicted felon" officially? The jury may have found him guilty, but it doesn't mean "adjudication" of guilt until the day of sentencing. Now, even with a mistrial, I'm sure the MSM will continue to call DJT a convicted felon, but he can then take whatever slander/libel actions against them, if he chooses.

Yeah. I think this judge knows he's in trouble. Already Congress (Elise Stefanik) is filing Ethics complaints against him. But, more importantly, I'm going with the theory that the "machine" wants the trial (and the persecution) to end in order to curtail the geometric increase in support Pres. Trump is getting in response.
