Believe it or not but in my AO (not that far from UKR), they are everywhere, especially on dating websites. Some of them are obviously bots, but for most of them you can clearly identify where they are living (high standard of course). I have even seen girls openly stating they are looking for 'men with financial support'.
Most ukes I cross path with are families though. But there is always some guy in his 50s, totally overweight that seem to be hiding for something... go figure.
