Last week I was having issues checking my messages, (of course when I needed to the most,,,, buying more stuff). After logging in and out as recomended on the site, and trying different random sh!t I finally found the cure.
On my internet Explorer I clicked on Tools---Internet options, and deleted all cookies and internet history. If you are having issues it might be worth trying. Yes, I do have a current subscription to Norton.
