Unable to logout

Using chrome on PC, also unable to log out. Notifications are dismissed, but return immediately upon moving to any page.
Clear the cache, delete the cookies I have no idea how to fix these conflicts
Must be a cookie problem ... something ... it's driving me nuts, shit is breaking without me even touching anything

The notifications went away now, so they are finally dismissed. However, the logout button still doesn't log me out.

I do seem to be able to post but everything else is broken. Can't quote a post, can't log out, can't like that hot chick's post.
Now the notifications are broken again. Someone sent me a follow request, I can't accept it or ignore it. Gives error every time.
Obviously something on this software or theme is completely borked.

So, this is a known bug with vbulletin. It decides to thrash cookies it's handing out for no fucking reason, and standard cache/cookie clearing using automated methods do not often work.
To fix, go and manually delete the cookie. Vbulletin has the biggest issues with chrome, since vbulletins awesome bloatware doesn't play for shit with newer architecture the rest of the industry is moving toward. Anyway, here's how you take care of it in chrome.
Close all tabs/windows where snipershide is open.
Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of chrome.
Click settings.
Click content settings.
Click all cookies and site data...
Type sniper in the search box.
Delete any and all cookies relating to snipershide. Specifically www.snipershide.com.
Click done.
Click done.
Close the settings tab.
Restart Chrome.
That should fix it.

Interesting after the forum upgrade yesterday, I'm now able to login and logout in chrome.

You my not have to login each time, it's just an error on the home page for me. When I click on a sub forum it shows I am logged in. Just the homepage keeps showing I'm logged out.
Others have mentioned it may be a bookmark issue, if you use a bookmark to get to SH try deleting it - come to SH by typing the address. Then create a new bookmark.
