I have a vx-3 6.5-20x40. Ive had the scope for about two years and have only really done >200 yrd hunting with it. However i am now planning on putting it on a target/tactical rifle build. The vx3 turret knobs are beter than the old nickel adjustment ones, but the design of the turrets are not what i want in a tactical scope.
So what im asking here is does anyone know if it is possible, or have done so themselves, to send my scope into leupold's custom shop and get them to put the M1 turrets on, also i would like to be able to do some range estimation, so it would be nice to replace the duplex with a TMR as well.
I guess my goal here is to get a sort of pseudo mk4 scope
