Upper Lower Tension Screw

I have a lower receiver with a built in tension screw that allows for adjustment to remove play between the upper and lower. The screw loosens too easily and I was considering putting blue loc-tite on the screw to help it be more secure. Sound good? Anyone have a better suggestion?

That will work, obviously only use blue.

Blue Loctite works well. I think that Tactical Innovations (one mfg of lowers with the tensioning screw built in to the lower) recommends use of loctite once you have the screw adjusted where it works best for you with your upper.

Don't overdo it with the tension screw. There is such a thing as too much.
