Let’s see if passes the 10th Circuit, and the Supreme Court. Because that’s where it going. However, it’s a start down the right path. Opens the door for more challenges.
Unless the D’s pack the court none of the conservative justices seem to be going anywhere any time soon
Even that great Socialist Tyrant FDR who had a good bunch of the stupids in this country worshiping him couldn't get that done.
They like to threaten it to bully the court into ruling in favour of the Democrats.
Don't dismiss the possibility of an "accident" or two.
It's a good start but we are gonna need Trump to win and keep appointing judges that actually respect the 2nd Amendment. Freedom is a scary thing and a whole lot of folks prefer peaceful slavery.
I could go for a couple of FA items. Especially if they can now be "re-manufactured" and come down in price.
