After many years of extremely hard use in the field my USO T Pal scope developed a small problem with the Parallax knob. The scope still worked fine but the parallax knob seemed to slip and was hard to get a fine adjustment.
I sent the scope back to USO and followed up with a phone call. They fixed it, cleaned it and did a checkup. USO got it back to me very quickly. I am happy to have my favorite scope back in time for my next trip out of the country.
US Optics makes a first class product and gave me excellent service 8 years after the scope was made. I just wanted to say publicly Thank You USO.
