anyone know what an accurate comparison of the quality of usa ammo's 175 hpbt vs the same from black hills would be like? thanks for the help

I have used both, and Black Hills is your top choice. Black Hills quality surpasses USA ammo.

I haven't shot Black Hills Ammo, but I did shoot USA Ammo and Southwest Ammo. The Southwest Ammo held 1/2 minute right along with my handloads out of my DTA, but the USA Ammo was around 3/4 to 1 MOA from the same gun and the same setup.
Essentially what I figured is that the USA Ammo, being cheaper and still pretty good quality is great practice ammo, but the Southwest Ammo is better for competitions and such.
