Rifle Scopes USMC S&B Mk211 .50 cal scope

I've had this scope for a while now (still new in box), but I've never seen these turrets before. I remember my platoon's M107 S&B's having the MTC turrets, have any of you seen or used these Mk211 Raufoss BDC turrets before? Were any of them actually used in the Corps? Are these scopes and/or turrets rare? Any information would be helpful, thanks in advance!

Very cool. I have seen those for sale on gunbroker every now and again. I have seen pictures of 107's with those scopes on them but that's about it. It is USMC marked on the ocular housing?

Those were the turrets used on the M8541 SSDS before they went to the MTC knobs we all know and love. There were also knobs for M118LR.

We just recently serviced a large number of the these for the Corps and I was surprised to see several of them with the Mk211 knob still on.
Most of their inventory have been converted to MTC but evidently not all.
