Is it just me or does the SN-9 look like something that would have been on an 1860s Sharps sniper rifle?

My gunsmith has a 338LM we call "big bob" ... the Barrel on it is massive and its a total one off job. I think he built it for one of those, cause I can, type things. I have been trying to talk him into a SN9 for that rifle. Showing that picture might help me convince him.

Funny thing is he has a Sharps that looks a lot like your pic on a rack on top of a safe.

The civil war sniper rifle is probably worth more than the cost of an SN-9.
