I feel I need to give credit where credit is due. I ordered some supplements from USPLabs via Amazon. I had a prolem with one of the bottles, it had quite a few broken capsules in the bottle. I sent an email to the company just explaining the problem to make them aware. I didn't ask for anything in return.

I received an email a few hours later from the Vice-President of the company, Casey Bard. He explained that sometimes "...products that are sold at certain locations are exposed to much more aggressive handling...We have meticulously checked our end and NO bottles are leaving
damaged."

Mr. Bard thanked me for my service in the military and sent me a bottle of the damaged product at no cost. This is above and beyond what I had expected.
