Member Link Up Utah guys! Heads up on tactical comp.

I am going to be holding the first Park City Precision Rifle Match. I am looking for some input from the ones that might be interested in attending.

I am looking at May 30th (It is memorial weekend do you think that will impact alot of you?) If the 30th is bad it will be June 6th it has to be a Sunday.

It will start 8:30AM and hopefully finish no later than 2:00PM
60 rounds, most stages will be timed(just to keep things moving along) I will have three paper stages, and the rest will be steel with ranges from 100 to 700 yards. Most will be shot prone.

It will obviously be help in Park City right off Hwy 40. It is Private property so you must sign a liability release. I want to see how the first one goes, but there will likely be more.

Since I can't turn a profit on this I may ask for a $20 donation to the range for which you would get a shirt in return.

What to do you guys think? any interest.

I have had such a great time in Las Vegas at Kurts match, and in Price with Clint. I just wanted to put something together that is alittle closer to home.

I'm down for either date. Just need to get a new trigger for my 700.

Good news! I look forward to shooting with you. I'v got my fingers crossed for some nice weather!! I may have to have a cut off at 20 or so shooters, there has been alot more interest than I expected.

Great! You don't happen to have an extra trigger you want to get rid of do you? I guess I could just use a hammer and nail if it came down to it, but I suspect that may decrease my performance a bit. Keep me in the loop.

Unfortunatly I don't have any triggers kickin around. My dad just put a timney in one of his rifles and has the factory one he may be willing to part with it for a small price, I could ask if you are interested?

The range is looking good, got a berm built to get shooters elevated a little. The A frames for the steel are done, SNAG has some great COF laid out. It is going to be a great day. Someone that pays their Tithing regular, please see that the weather will be good.
