Where else can you take your cold bore shot off of a snow bank?
Had a great day for shooting. After a while it got above freezing, then started snowing.
Had 12 shooters today.
Had a few typical major malfunction and where did this dope come from excuses.
Eleven shooters hit the 300 yd steel off the snow bank.
Alan, Robert, Scott P, Scott K, Clint and Jeff hit the next 3 targets at 4, 5, & 600 yards.
Then we had a timed 5 shot string at 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6oo yard steel. Seven shooters hit all five with Clint the best time of 16.88.
Jeff cleaned up on the 600 yard paper with total 69 pts. Next best was 43 pts.

5- Scott P 82
6- Robert R 15
7- Scott K 98
8- Craig 106
9- Dan 50
10- Clint 123
11- Jeff 124

CHANGE OF PLAN
Several shooters didn't want to stop the tactical matches. They backed their words up with commitment. Have a little more organizing to do but will plan on the second Saturday each month (I know, I know, I should have done this a couple years ago, now I have to do it or drop the whole thing, I just don't have time right now to do it myself). Hopefully a Utah State Sniper Shoot again this year. Will need even more help with this. Trying to decide the best month. Any ideas? April is too close and will probably be too snowy still for me.
