Ok I bought a couple 32 round clips (can't remember manufacturer) and each time I shoot I get two rounds out then have to remove the clip relock and then rechamber. Then I get another two rounds.

I tested the ammo on the factory 20 round with absolutely no issues. Any ideas on what I can check or test.

Thanks in advance.

Scott

Re: Uzi mag misfeed

Every subgun match I have attended in the past 10 years there are Uzi shooter's that have feeding problems and in every instance that person was using an after market mag then bitch about the gun. I loan them factory mag's and they run 100%. One guy is so brain dead he brings the same mags every match same problem same bitching. There were/are 1000's of junk UZI mags on the market, I believe Pro Mag even made a 50 rounder. Stick with factory/IMI 20 and 32's and if you run into a problem with one of them round file it.

You welcome Scott, I'm sure that will fix your problem. I meant to say 25 rounders, in our matches they make us down load to 20 rounds to make it 'fair' for subgun's like Riesling's so I had 20 in my head this AM.. Another twist is we must fire a minimum 2 round burst or incur a 5 second penalty unless one round is all you have left to empty mag.

Re: Uzi mag misfeed

+1 for IMI mags. Is yours a registered bolt, or receiver? Remember they feed from alternating sides. If always fails when feeding from the right, or the left, regardless of which mag, you might check the bolt to see if the bottom of it broke off. If yours is a registered bolt, some of the bolts had the bottom welded up, and those tend to break off. There is a thread with pictures on UZItalk but I dont have the link.
