That's a fantastic video, thanks for posting! I've been to the Vasa Museum and have seen the ship, it's impressive!
I was just watching these the other day in reference to a study of whether or not sailors faced a big threat from "splinters" when a ship of sail was struck by ball.

Same here…. The ship restoration is incredible. The crew resting area is eerie.
