This is a brand new Pioneer arms AK-47 (actually an AKM) that has been test fired only and works perfectly. It has been re-created as an AKM copy. It has a custom battleworn finish, original period stock, original period checkered pistol grip, and original period handguards.. The AKM was an improved version of the AK-47, introduced in 1959. The AKM has a stamped receiver replacing the heavy and expensive milled receiver of the AK-47.Used by both the NVA and Viet Cong, it was also carried by the Green Berets and MACV SOG due to the availability of ammo behind enemy lines and to confuse the enemy if encountered. This rifle comes with one 30 round steel magazine and a correct period copy of the sling, as pictured in the photo's. No sales where prohibited, know your state laws.
