The bill as currently drafted includes an outright ban on suppressors in Virginia, effective January 1, 2021, with no grandfather provision for currently possessed suppressors. It will also affect ownership of “assault firearms” and standard capacity magazines.
We strongly urge all Virginians to contact their representatives from the ASA's website immediately! Even if you aren't in Virginia, please help us spread the word and tell as many people as possible!
