They posted this a week or so ago. Unlikely to ever see RL powders for a LONG time.

Major price increase in powders by Hodgdon are likely. Estimated 10%

Vihtavouri is also increasing prices on June 1, 2024 by 10%, as well.

“Due to the worldwide shortage of nitrocellulose, the Vista Outdoor supply agreement for the sale of Alliant Powder canisters has been suspended for an unknown period. At this time, we have no timeline for the fulfillment and will be canceling outstanding Alliant orders in our system. Representatives will provide updates and coordinate new orders based on availability.”

Any updates on this?

Becasue 7 months later there’s still plenty of Alliant powders in stock at MSS and PV. Not a lot of the popular stuff, but more than I’d expect if supply dried up 7 months ago
