Rings are torqued to 15 inch pounds and scope was leveled in a Short Action Customs final scope level. I checked tracking with the snipers hide target (https://www.boxtobenchprecision.com/store/snipers-hide-100-yard-scope-tracking-target). It tracks and is an excellent scope.
