Been reading alot on here. I know myself and at the end of the day I’m a vortex Fanboy…it is what it is.
I’ve been wanting to get a spotting scope for the range, out to a mile (Thunder Valley) and also use the spotting scope at the local parks to do some digiscoping with my young son.
Question when comparing the Diamondback vs. Viper vs. Razor is the boy boy Razor worth it for my needs? I’m not an optical snob by any means. All my rifles rock the 5-25x56 venom and I love it. I also have been spotting off a tripod with the Diamondback 15x56 and I think they work great.
Think I want the biggest magnification available with whatever I get as it’s not being backpacked in anywhere just to the range and to the park.
Any help would be appreciated or if you have pictures/videos of the spotting scope in action that would be great! I’ve looked through them at the local stores and from the limited testing they all seem pretty good.
