Hey guys, I'm a long time looker here on this site. I never post anything, but I am on here several times a day. Recently I have putting together another LR/ BR rifle. This time it is a Rem 700 in 308. A few weeks ago I decided it was time to get a more serious scope. I had a nikon buckmasters 6-18 with the mil dot reticle. I began reading alot on various scopes and came to the conclusion that I was going to buy a vortex viper pst 6-24 moa reticle sfp. I really wanted a ffp, but I couldn't spend that kind of cash. I found a sfp viper pst for $750 on Ebay. The ffp viper pst are $950. These scopes were being sold by the company Camera land. I searched and searched for a cheaper price on the sfp, but I could not find one. I decided to buy the sfp from CameraLand. Well two days after I bought the scope, i called them for a tracking number, because I didn't get one on Ebay. I noticed they were having trouble locating my tracking number/ order. A few minutes passed and another guy picks up the phone. He tells me that one of his employees sold the last sfp and earlier that day they sent me an email asking if it was ok for them to send me a ffp for the same price. I tell them that would be fine. I figured I would wait till I got the scope in hand before I would be excited over it. Well today I recieved my ffp viper pst for $750. They even mailed it overnight express, instead of the standard shipping as stated in the auction listing. I couldn't be happier. Just thought I would share.
