VR1-338 Lapua

This rifle is semi auto in 338 Lapua mag. I would guess from the pics that it is modeled after the Benneli rifles and shotguns.

If by chance, that some one on this board has one could you give us the low down.

If I'm not mistaken there are by my count 3 different semi-auto 338 Lapua rifles. The 2 mentioned above and the AI. The AI is a bull-pup type. I wouldn't mind info about any of them.

I'm not familiar with the bullpup you mentioned, I am not aware of AI making anything like that, but maybe it's only sold outside of the US?

DTA makes a .338 that kinda looks like that, but it's not semi-auto.

I was just trying to see if any one on here had play time with one or two and what their thoughts were.
