I used a pair with their Mountain tech base on a Howa 1500. I had no issues, BUT I only used them for around 600 rounds (6.5 creedmoor) before I sold the gun. Most of those were at the rang too, so not what I would call hard use.
I have warne 6 screw rings holding a pst 6-24 to a 300 wm. Been going good for 500+- rounds. Occasionally I swap the scope to my ar, when I'm working up new loads... No issues to report.
I used Warne Mountain Tech on my sons LR rifle. They are holding a 6/24 pst. Seem like quality stuff. I also like Leupold backcountry rings and bases. Good quality for the price.
I use them for a Trijicon 34mm 5-50x56 AccuPower on a .22lr Vudoo. Zero complaints, don't mar tubes, well machined with quality fasteners. Very good value IMO. I also use their Maxima rings on 4 other .17rimfire rifles and have been equally satisfied.
I’ve never bothered with any premium ring. Not necessary. Heck I never bothered with any Leupold style rings either as I have never had a scope slip even with those.
I’ve used them on just about every 30mm scope I owned. I don’t think you can beat them for the price and I’ve yet to have them leave marks when installed properly and torqued to spec.
