I saw a couple threads about traveling disarmed and weapons like the tactical pen and markers etc. Cool stuff. A long time ago somebody I knew carried a sock and a couple of C battery’s in their carryon, then assembled on the plane. I do that now too. I have heard a big padlock is better but I have never tried it. C batteries will mess up anything you care to hit pretty bad.

Only weapon I take on a plane is the big one in my pants, but my wife makes sure its fully unloaded before I leave the house.
I just gotta straddle the seat. Kind of like taking a dump on the other side of the world.
