Weaver and Picatinny Rails

So I just ordered a RRA Predator HP and am trying to get my optics ready before it arrives. I am planning on putting on a Zeiss scope with a offset red dot mounted as well. I think I just goofed up on the red dot though. I just ordered a Zeiss Victory Compact Point Red Dot. When I was reading on Zeiss's site about it, it explained that it could mount on both weaver or picatinny "2. “<span style="font-weight: bold">Standard” with integrated clamp mount which can be mounted directly on a Picatinny/Weaver rail."</span>

The one I ordered says it only mounts on picatinny rails. Is this going to be a problem when I get everything? If it is, are there offset rails that are one side weaver and one side picatinny?

My understanding is most "weaver" products will fit any "piccatinny" system, but the reverse is not always the case. I believe RRA uses the piccatinny rail.
