Went shooting today

Tried out some target ammo from the local shop in my 10/22T. The Federal Gold Medal Premium shot the best, follow up closely by the Federal Match. Remington Target was a distant third.

After about 1.5 hours of happy shooting, a large fly started buzzing around my target. I was nine rounds into a Lowlight Practical Tactical target when the fly landed on a previous target stapled next to the one I was shooting. I held dead center and pressed the trigger. The fly vanished. After the shooting session I took this picture. TwitPic

Was that at 50 or 100 yards? You can now proclaim yourself to be able to shoot the daylight out of a fly at .... Nice shoot man.

just joking man, neet stuff. a little smear of jelly brings them in and in one spot. every now and then a bumble bee. ZZZZZPOW!

I was shooting at 25 yards today, sorry for forgetting that. It was probably about 55-60 degrees with light wind from the right (east).
