Rifle Scopes What base and rings to go with?

This is for my first precision rifle so I'm very excited!

What I have planned is...

Remington 700P $900 shipped
Sightron SIII 6-24x50mm mil-dot $810 shipped

So uhh... what base/rings should I be looking at? The only other stuff I'm aware of is getting a stock pack and a cleaning rod. (I'm honestly not even sure what length)

Oh... and any recommendations on bipod for mostly prone shooting?

Seekins Precision 20 MOA base and Med rings.
US Optics 20 MOA base and Low rings.

+1 on Seekins rings. Nothing USO makes is bad. I also like my badger rail.

Stock pack you want to get an Eagle its top notch.

As far as a bipod I'd recommend looking at Harris

As far as length you can get what you want but I'll tell you you've got a 26" barrel on your 700P. I recommend a tipton rod I like mine... I got a carbon fiber one and its been perfectly adequate for me.

6-9 swivel notched with pod locks

I mounted a Nikon 6,5-20x44 AO on my Rem 700 P with Warne Tactical mount and rings. The combo shoots <.5 MOA with handloads.
