Picked up a tricked out mini draco the other day. What is best blast can or linear comp to direct sound and concussion from shooter?

it will always rattle your teef. Get used to it.

Blast wise, I have a flash can on my 7.5 inch AR based 7.62x39. It directs flash forward, but does not tame concussion at the shooter
