what do you use for digiscoping ?

I've been using PhoneSkope stuff for quite a while and never had an issue.
The eyepiece adapter is not a snug fit and I have to use painters tape on the inside to get it to fit snug so my iPhone don't fall off and I shouldn't have to do that... I did try reaching out to the via email no reply . The reason I am looking for something else to use.

I've never had that happen when I was using the adapter made for the optic I was using it with. That said, there's always going to be minor manufacturing variances in both the adapter and the optic. Could be you got an optic on the small end and the adapter on the larger end, which made it just a bit too loose.

Not sure on the email part, honestly, as I have never had to contact their customer service.

Thats a good possibility - I did order the adapter based on their configuration tool.. I will try reaching out one more time but I doubt it will do any good.

I have the same issue - I provided measurements yesterday and still no response... I guess they don't care about their customers. I will see if I can return it.. Left a bad review on FB they will most likely delete it...

PhoneSkope is a pretty small company, and most everyone is still hit hard by COVID and screwing up customer service. I get that you need help/answers, but I don't think leaving nasty reviews is the right course of action just yet.

24hrs isn’t that long. Bit overboard to start the “they must not care” talk.

I use a phoneskope on my BTX and a tactacam for actual scope footage and then combine the two to see what and how i'm doing. for added data I set up a canon EOS on a tripod and film near the stage/prop to check my position to be able to critique after the fact

less than 20 bucks. there are 2 sizes depending on what you need.
if your focus ring is at the end, no so good as you may be stuck with portrait mode, or maybe that is not a big deal.
problem with these is you may need to be further away from the scope for the best picture.
trying to work on that without spending a lot

I saw that and thought about but gave it a pass - as an update Phone Skope is sending me 2 eyepiece adapters and I should have them in the mail next week. Hopefully that will resolve the issue if not , they apologized for the delay in responding and didn't sneak in the COVID excuse - so I am willing to work with them.

Reviews are to mixed for my liking, it would need to be above 80% for 60 reviews. It wouldn't work on my scope anyway since the eyepiece is 3 inches - this goes to 2 1/4 - I doubt this fits many higher end spotting scopes...

edit : 60 reviews not 600

Meopta has an awesome adjustable one size fits nearly all adapter called the meopix uni. I have one, listed it for sale because i won a phone scope, but ended up selling the phone scope and keeping the meopta.kind of bulky but works great.it was around 140 new
I saw on my searches for digiscope - 140 was bit more than I want to spend - I will wait and see if Phone Skope comes through for me. I not then I will look at this
