I'm really enjoying rimfire and my local NRL22 matches. I'm hoping to hit some of the bigger matches next year in the Midwest Region. I'm even open to traveling further if the event is something really special. So what events would you recommend I put on my list?

NRL22 Nationals was in a very cool location in Newhawka, NE. If they hold another X match there....its probably worth going. Nationals this year is near St. Louis.
I was told (don't know if its true) the location was a former gravel pit or stone quarry. Now its overgrown. Tons of little nooks and open patches and paths. And its surrounded by open fields around the perimeter. The stages with down angle shooting was refreshing. And the irregular winds from shooting in the trees was fun.
