What is Federal Black Pack ammo?

Yep mine were in a plastic bag in a box

I believe academy and Bass pro/Cabela's had them last year for black friday limit 2. I ended up getting some and a nice rebate

They also had .22lr in black packs, copper jacketed 38 grain hp's in 50 round white boxes.

Just bulk ammo. Stuff is good for plinking with. If I find some on sale I usually will grab some.
